I have lived in London for over half my life – I came here for University and stayed – it is me as an adult. I am a designer and London inspires me. I remember thinking that London was more traditional than I expected it to be. I imagined it would be more "English Eccentric" in style. In fact the university I had moved to in London was rather traditional when compared with the rather individual fashion environment which I was leaving behind in Paris.
London is a great walking city. Each area has its own feel, café life, iconic shops. I love when I go somewhere I haven't been to for a while, and I experience it all over again. I have many favourite things [to do] – it depends mostly on the weather.
Being a Londoner is about working really hard; about enjoying living in a multicultural society; about being exposed to the most exciting variety of events – artistic, cultural, musical. Being a Londoner means that – assuming that I have the time to do something – it is pretty easy to find a list of things that I'd love to do.
